Employability and Wage Earning Assessments

Assessments are not full vocational evaluations (per FC4331) and are most appropriate for settlement and/or mediation purposes and/or when both parties agree to the assessment. A questionnaire will be sent out with specific background information requested and both parties will have to agree with the information provided. The questionnaire will be attached to the report. There will not be a meeting held with the person evaluated and posted job openings will not be outlined. Report will include a statement regarding the job market for the occupations deemed appropriate (for which person evaluated reasonably qualifies), wage earning capacity, employability (including competitiveness), job search recommendations and timeline. If appropriate, report will include skill augmentation recommendations.

Job Search Efforts
